Dulux: The Lets Colour Project.
I love this project: A Dutch duo known simply as Haas&Hahn had an idea to give back! Check out Favela Painting and the rest of the story. This reminded me of another project that Dulux launched the “Lets Colour Project”.
More illustration work by They Will See Me. Aka Julian Baker, he is currently working (graduated Dec 2009) on his BFA in Graphic Design, might I add very talented. I am sure he will be swooped up by the agencies very quickly. Don’t worry Julian we see you.
I keep on finding this alphabet poster over and over, I absolutely adore the colors and treatment. It is definitely so fresh and modern. Make sure to check out Tim Fishlock, he is amazing.
The one major thing I hated about moving to Australia is the Target. I thought it was the same than the Target in the USA, but sadly I was wrong. Even the advertising was horrific, little bulls-eye’s running around and doing things. Until I discovered this commercial. Inspired by another video Her Morning Elegance by Oren Lavie. I definitely think Target AU is stepping in the right direction but Target US is still a marketing king.

Wow I really love this. Whats more interesting than painted models, super cute animals and beautiful textures?

Pantone Colour Chairs by The Holding Company…
For those that don’t know, Pantone is the standardised system for the selection and accurate communication of color. Every conceivable color has its own reference number, used globally throughout the design industry. These funky folding chairs are a bit of an in-joke, showing as they do specific colors and their reference codes. A benefit to this is that you can be certain of precisely which color you’ll be getting. (via) simko:
These are just stunning. I will collect them all. I also love Josh’s sketching and exploration process. Enjoy more at Josh Finkle’s Website.
